What is it like working at DotPerformance?

The team is 18 people working across brand, digital, video, photography, systems, and marketing. There is no account handling layer. Everyone works directly on client projects and the people doing the work are the people making the decisions. The agency works with clients across regulated, public, and commercial sectors.

What kind of work will I be doing?

DotPerformance delivers all work in-house, so every team member works on real client projects from day one. The agency does not subcontract, which means the range of work is broad and the standard expected is high. Projects span brand creation, website builds, video production, system development, and marketing campaigns.

How do I apply?
