What is AWS Bedrock and why do you use it?
AWS Bedrock is Amazon's managed AI infrastructure, giving access to foundation models from leading AI providers through a single secure platform. We use it because it is enterprise-grade, secure, scalable, and sits within the same AWS infrastructure we use to host websites and applications. It means the AI we build for clients is production-ready, not experimental.
How do you identify where AI can help our business?
We start with a scoping conversation to understand your operations, where time and money is being spent, and where manual processes could be automated or improved. Most businesses have three or four obvious opportunities within the first hour of that conversation. We then scope a solution around the highest value problem first.
How much does AI integration cost?
Every project is scoped individually based on complexity and the systems involved. AI integration projects typically start from five figures. The best starting point is a conversation with Andy about what you are trying to solve.
How long does an AI integration project take?
Focused automation projects can be delivered in four to eight weeks. More complex integrations involving multiple systems and data sources take longer. We agree a clear timeline before work begins.
Is AI suitable for every part of a business?
No, and we are honest about that. AI adds genuine value in process automation, data handling, document processing, and client interaction at scale. It does not currently produce results we are proud of in creative design, photography, or video production, so we do not apply it there. We tell clients where it will make a real difference and where it will not.
How do you handle data security and privacy with AI systems?
Every AI system we build is subject to the same security standards we apply across all development work. Data is handled within secure AWS infrastructure, never sent to third party models without explicit client agreement, and built to meet GDPR requirements. We treat client data with the same care our government and banking clients require.
