The first result that looks credible, loads quickly, and makes it straightforward to find what she needs is the one that gets the call.

MyGym had the equipment and the expertise. The brand and website needed to match.

The brief

MyGym supplies professional-grade gym equipment across the Isle of Man - full commercial fit-outs for gyms, leisure facilities, and businesses, and serious home set-ups for people who train at that level. The products are the real thing. The previous brand and digital presence weren't communicating that.

In a market where credibility matters before anyone picks up the phone, the gap between the quality of the product and the quality of the presentation was costing them.
